Refunds and cancellation during the pilot

There are no real charges in the free supervised pilot and therefore no real refunds to process. Stripe test payments do not represent money received. Existing test contracts may be cancelled through the organization billing workspace; cancellation stops future pricing according to the accepted test version and preserves prior accounting history for reconciliation. Future live refund terms require separately approved eligibility, unused prepaid services treatment, statutory rights, timing, dispute handling and supplier/tax details before live pricing is accepted. This page does not authorize a live charge or refund.
